岗位职责:
<p><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;">1、工程项目进场前的资源配置和入场后的施工现场管理，确保工程质量、安全、成本、工期目标的实现；</span><br data-filtered="filtered" style="margin:0px auto;padding:0px;clear:both;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;" /><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;">2、对外代表公司认真履行合同，优质、高效、低耗完成施工任务，组织竣工验收；</span><br data-filtered="filtered" style="margin:0px auto;padding:0px;clear:both;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;" /><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;">3、参加项目施工组织设计的编制和工程预算的会审，编制施工进度计划，实施施工进度控制；</span><br data-filtered="filtered" style="margin:0px auto;padding:0px;clear:both;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;" /><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;">4、贯彻执行国家和公司的各项规章制度；审核、审批项目内控计划、材料计划、施工计划，以及临时材料用款计划；</span><br data-filtered="filtered" style="margin:0px auto;padding:0px;clear:both;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;" /><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;">5、对施工过程中的各种技术、质量、安全成本的控制与考核；做好工程资料管理工作；</span><br data-filtered="filtered" style="margin:0px auto;padding:0px;clear:both;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;" /><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;">6、与业主、监理、总包单位、政府部门的协调；每周召开工程例会和质安检查会议；</span><br data-filtered="filtered" style="margin:0px auto;padding:0px;clear:both;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;" /><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;">7、对项目综合经济效益全面负责，牵头工程竣工决算，工程进度款的催收；</span><br data-filtered="filtered" style="margin:0px auto;padding:0px;clear:both;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;" /><span style="font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:14px;text-indent:28px;background-color:#ffffff;">8、对施工项目质量、安全事故负有直接责任，参与质量、安全事故的报告及处理工作。</span><br /></p>
